Andrea and Destini are the creators of Banquette Bakery - built from a passion for delicious food, seasonal produce (seriously, catch us at the fruit stand any given day), recipe testing, and the perfect salty chocolate chip cookie.

Destini & Andrea met as coworkers at a local Portland bakery, where they managed and operated the retail and wedding programs. In 2020, they decided it was time to start overworking themselves on their own terms and started building the concept you know today as Banquette.

Currently, Banquette specializes in weddings and events, but has a small walk-in store front and an ever-growing wholesale program around the city of Portland.

They have big dreams, and can’t wait to share them with their beloved city.
